- Items with intricate hand-painted details are unique pieces. Therefore, slight variations between the picture and the actual product are expected.
- The primary material is the main substance used in the product's manufacture. Additional types of materials may also be utilized in the creation of our products.
Warranty:
Products are not eligible for return once sold and delivered, except in cases where the product delivered is damaged upon arrival at the customer's premises.
- We employ specialized quality control measures to ensure the highest quality of our products. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
- Check for:
- Stains on the product(s)
- Inconsistent stitching
- More than a 2% variation in size

- Ensure all tags and labels are intact and the product is unused. Email us photographs of the defect along with the order number and item code.
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by impacts, accidents, improper storage, assembly, installation, use, or cleaning methods.
- No warranty on upholstery, coverings, or cushion covers.
- The warranty excludes damages from using the product beyond its intended purpose, wear & tear from regular use, and changes due to seasonal climate variations in solid wood products.
- Natural characteristics of wood, such as glue lines or seasonal splits, are not considered defects.
WHAT'S ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
- Defective products are eligible for return. A defect is a manufacturing flaw that affects the product's intended use, e.g., imbalance, wooden joints opening. Natural material characteristics (like solid wood's appearance or texture) are not considered defects.
What's Not Covered?
- Damage from misuse, improper installation or maintenance, exposure to water or moisture, or discoloration from direct sunlight.
Returns
We conduct thorough quality checks and ensure careful packaging and shipping. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or broken products only.
How to Initiate a Return Request?

- Share photos of the defective or broken product with the order number and item code.
- Our resolution team will connect with you within 48 hours of receiving the photos.
- Products scheduled for return will be picked up from the original shipping address within 72 hours of initiating the return request.
Refund Process
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 4 – 7 business days.
